Cancellation of services Policy
A deposit of 50% for your services are expected at time of the booking as well as a card on file.
Cancellations are to be made within 24hrs of the appointment, if it is under 24 hours you will be responsible to pay 100% of your service that day. Please come in clean faced for any lash or brow appointments. Preferably no caffeine if it makes you jittery and please try to arrive 5 minutes early to do any paperwork. If you have any questions, please let us know.
